Build your own U33 Powerblock style weight expansions

This is a Make it yourself stage 2 expansion set for the discontinued U33 Powerblock style weight set. The overall cost to produce this was about $2.15 per pound at time of writing.

The weights are a 3d printed shell that is filled with metal and sealed with epoxy resin. The other parts for the construction are produced from steel with the included templates.

You will be required to print parts of 145mm or 6 inches square and use basic hand tools to drill, file and tap steel.

The materials list includes for both imperial and metric fasteners, however only 1 type is needed.
