Large wooden gear template

This project consists of 7 templates to make a 1.24m decorative wooden gear. The 32 teeth are involute style. Can be assembled in a single layer or multiple layers. Ideal assembly is 3 to 4 layers. This project was created to utilize small or scrap pieces.

The templates clearly show the required copies to make on layer. The hub circle template only requires two for the assembly

All templates should be printed with sparse fill. and will be screwed to the material. Saw and router the templates shapes to produce a perfect fit part that will assemble like a puzzle.

The ideal material is 18mm plywood.
